Fees

Each project is truly unique base on its complexity, square footage, spaces and client needs. We offer a flat fee price structure as well as an hourly rate along with extending our discounts to clients.

It all begins with an idea. An initial ONE HOUR one time consultation meeting with Sofia where we will walk and talk about the project and space. Following the consultation, we provide you with a project proposal and outline with expected hours to complete your project.
